▸ The cashews are then graded with the help of sensory machines and manually sorted by workers
▸ They are sorted based on colour, size, texture, shape, and absence of blemishes and are classified into 26 grades according to the international grading levels.
▸ Whole white cashews of the highest grades are chosen for export to our business partners
▸ Our cashews are then sent to certified partners for flavoring.
